What should I do about a water leak while waiting for the technician?
First close the main water stopcock and switch off the electricity in the affected area. Catch the leaking water and move anything that could be damaged. Then photograph the location of the leak: that helps us bring the right materials rather than having to make a second trip.
Can you carry out a complete bathroom?
